Proposal management


Charsoft will evaluate opportunities on a case-by-case basis and identify winning strategies to increase your likelihood of success. We perform a thorough evaluation of RFP and PWS/SOW/SOO requirements; develop a fully compliant proposal outline complete with win themes, structured writing assignments, and a cross-mapping to the evaluation criteria; and then establish a schedule complete with writing and graphic deadlines, color gate reviews, and production requirements. Charsoft can also provide experienced proposal managers to lead teams from kick-off to proposal submission.
